What Is At-Table Ordering? How Does It Work?
At-table ordering adds a cart and an order-placing step on top of the QR menu: after browsing the menu, the customer adds the items they want to a cart and sends the order with a single tap. The order lands directly in the business's order dashboard, with no need to tell a waiter or write it down.
How is it different from ordering the classic way?
In the classic flow, the customer waits for a waiter, the waiter writes down the order and relays it to the kitchen — all three steps can be slow during busy hours. With at-table ordering, the customer orders at their own pace, the order lands in the dashboard instantly, and the business manages it through received / preparing / served stages.

Can multiple people at the same table order?
Yes. Each customer orders independently through their own phone session; orders from different people at the same table land separately in the dashboard without mixing up.
Is payment also handled through this system?
No — not currently. At-table ordering digitizes the order itself; payment continues to happen the way the business already does it, with cash or card/POS at the table.
